<p>Revenind la semafor, va voi exemplifica mai jos implementarea semafoarelor electrice in sistemul rutier din Blumenberg. Acesta a fost realizat pe baza unei scheme simple, de lumina dinamica in 4 timpi, modificata de mine spre a servi scopului propus. In fapt am eliminat un timp, am dublat apriinderea la galben si am marit timpul de mentinere. <p>Din ABS de 1 mm grosime am facut corpurile de lumina&#8230; Stalpul este din mina de pix iar parasolarul este din tub plastic de la betigase de curatat urechile.  In rest nu e mult de zis, atentie si pasiune ingemanate cu migala si iata ce a iesit:</p>

		<title>Fântână luminoasă</title>

		<title>Stâlpi de iluminat economici</title>

		<description><![CDATA[Majoritatea stâlpilor de iluminat de pe Diorama de la Slobozia sunt confecţionaţi de mine şi au ca bază câte un beculeţ de 12 volţi miniatural. Cum pe diorama sunt circa 40 de asemenea stâlpi, consumul este destul de mare, asta pe de o parte, iar din alt punct de vedere, modelul iniţial creat de mine se potriveşte mai mult peroanelor, parcurilor, grădinilor private şi mai puţin străzilor.

Cum pe diorama sunt circa 40 de asemenea stâlpi, consumul este destul de mare, asta pe de o parte, iar din alt punct de vedere, modelul iniţial creat de mine se potriveşte mai mult peroanelor, parcurilor, grădinilor private şi mai puţin străzilor.</p>
<p>De aceea am decis remobilarea urbei cu stâlpi stradali de iluminat ceva mai specifici, cu lumina trimisă în jos, către asfalt. Totodată modelul pe care l-am creat acum foloseşte binecunoscutele LED-uri alb-cald de 3mm diametru, de la<strong> <a href="http://www.zexstar.com/product_info.php?info=p69_LED-3mm-Superluminos-Alb--7000mcd--20--176---5-15mA.html" target="_blank">zeXstar.</a></strong></p>
<p><a href="http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk262/CMF-ialomita/Atelier/stalpi/IMG_7288.jpg" rel="lightbox[2028]"><img class="alignleft" src="http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk262/CMF-ialomita/Atelier/stalpi/IMG_7288.jpg" alt="" width="288" height="216" /></a>Ca elemente de realizare am folosit mine de pix dar am ales un model care are deja culoarea gri pentru a nu mai fi necesară vopsirea lor, şi şaibe cu diametrul interior cât cel al LED-urilor.</p>
<p>Pentru început am curăţat minele şi le-am spălat cu spirt medicinal. De asemeni am curăţat cu alcool şi şaibele respective pentru ca adezivul şi vopseaua să prindă cât mai bine.</p>
<p>Apoi am îndoit picioruşele LED-urilor imitând un suport din fier forjat şi le-am tăiat la o dimensiune adecvată. Am lipit pe ele fir de cupru emailat dintr-un bobinaj, un fir ceva mai moale pentru a fi strecurat usor atât prin cele două găuri facute cu acul la rece în corpul stâlpului, cât şi prin stâlp până la baza lui.</p>
<p><a href="http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk262/CMF-ialomita/Atelier/stalpi/IMG_7293.jpg" rel="lightbox[2028]"><img class="alignright" src="http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk262/CMF-ialomita/Atelier/stalpi/IMG_7293.jpg" alt="" width="282" height="216" /></a>Am introdus cu atenţie led-ul in găurile respective, am verificat continuitatea circuitului si am facut un nod pe firul de plus pentru a le recunoaşte mai uşor sub dioramă şi apoi am rasucit firele pentru a obţine un singur fir elastic. Pot fi alese două variante de stâlpi. Unul cu led-ul nepolizat în cap, care are un fascicul ceva mai delimitat de iluminare şi unul la care am polizat lentila led-ului şi care trimite o lumină ceva mai răspandită pe suprafaţa dioramei, în funcţie de necesităţi.</p>
<p>Apoi cu &#8220;picătura&#8221; am lipit şaibele pe post de abajur şi după uscare am vopsit cu negru abajurul, spatele led-ului şi picioruşele sale şi gata stâlpul economic. Întrucât am o sursă de calculator care alimentează Oraşul din sufragerie, care are şi o ieşire de 3 volti, la final, toate corpurile de iluminat stradal se vor alimenta în paralel înseriate doar cu un rezistor de 10 ohmi insă de putere mai mare, alimentate pe acest terminal de 3 volţi.</p>
<p><a href="http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk262/CMF-ialomita/Atelier/stalpi/IMG_7294.jpg" rel="lightbox[2028]"><img class="alignleft" src="http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk262/CMF-ialomita/Atelier/stalpi/IMG_7294.jpg" alt="" width="288" height="216" /></a>Şi astfel Oraşul din sufragerie intră în epoca economică adaptându-se la ceriţele actuale atât împortiva consumurilor excesive de energie, cât şi împotriva fenomenului de încălzire globală.</p>
<p>Ca să nu spună că Primarul din Blumenberg nu se ocupă de urbea sa chiar dacă este vreme de criză, în cel mai scurt timp primăria va înlocui toţi stâlpii de iluminat stradal şi se va îmbunătăţi calitatea iluminatului stradal prin adăugarea mai multor asemenea corpuri de iluminat, astfel încât pe timp de noapte Oraşul Blumenberg să fie uşor de strabătut de cetăţenii săi. De asemenea, Căile Ferate Prognosis, vor prelua acest proiect şi vor amplasa corpuri de iluminat în zona triajului, astfel încât muncitorii feroviari să-şi desfăşoare activitatea în siguranţă şi pe timp de noapte. <a href="http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk262/CMF-ialomita/Atelier/stalpi/IMG_7313.jpg" target="_blank" rel="lightbox[2028]"><img class="alignright" style="border: 0pt none;" src="http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk262/CMF-ialomita/Atelier/stalpi/IMG_7313.jpg" border="0" alt="stalpi H0 leduri" width="288" height="216" /></a>Vom reveni cu detalii despre modelul creat special pentru zona de triaj.</p>

<p>Led-urile folosite sunt de 3mm de la zeXstar:<br />
Costurile unui astfel de stâlp au fost:</p>

<li>1 leu LED-ul</li>
<li>incalculabil sârma şi vopseaua aplicată</li>
</ul>
<p>Timp de lucru 10-15 minute/bucată în afara timpului afectat curăţirii minei de pix.</p>

Am folosit aceiasi tehnica cu saiba pe post de capac abajur<strong>, dar led-urile folosite au fost cele mari de 5 mm diamentru ca sa semene cu proiectoarele imense din triaj.<br />

<p style="text-align: left;">Dupa indoirea picioruselor in pozitia potrivita, am facut un sablon pe o bucata de lemn pentru pozitionarea lor in vederea lipirii cu cositor atat intre ele cat si a firelor de legatura.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Cu un tub varnish verde, de la o instalatie de aerare acvariu, am facut abajurul, dupa care am polizat lentila led-ului. Pentru polizare am folosit o alta inovatie a mea si anume un hard-disk defect la care am rearanjat platanele astfel incat sa vina cat mai sus ultimul disc, peste care am lipit cu prenadez un disc de hartie abraziva. Se dovedeste a fi un instrument deosebit de util pe langa casa omului&#8230;</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Dupa ce am sectionat mina de pix pentru a trece cele doua picioruse ale led-urilor, am astupat la loc cu cianoacrilic si am vopsit totul cu gri Revel.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Tot cu aceasta ocazie am schimbat becurile de la stalpii clasici arcuiti, cu led-uri de 3mm diametru preparate dupa aceleasi metode. Pentru a nu da la masa metalica din interior, am scurtat un piciorus mai mult si am aplicat vopsea neagra in interior inainte de a fixa led-ul in pozitia potrivita.</p>

In acest fel am la fiecare bloc cate un singur detector in functie de directia de mers.  Releele  sunt usor decalate unul fata de celalalt iar comenzile pe care le dau se fac printr-un releu care actioneaza in funtie de primul releu indus magnetic, care automat in blocheaza cateva secunde pe al doilea si astfel se determina sensul de mers. Practic, o locomotiva care vine dintr-un sens, actioneaza magnetic unul din rele, care il blocheaza pe al doilea pret de cateva secunde, scenariul desfasuranduse invers pe cellalt sens de mers.</p>

Sub unele locomotive am amplasat nu doi magneti pe fiecare parte, ci numai unul, pe sensul de mers. Daca se circula cu locomotiva in sens invers, doar o intorc pe linie <strong>sau schimb pozitia magnetului</strong> foarte usor.</p>
<p>Cum fac asta?</p>
<p>Pentru ca  magnetul nu este lipit pe locomotiva. Am lipit pe fundul rezervorului cate o mica fasie de tabla subtire pe fiecare parte, iar magnetul se atasajaza numai prin &#8230;magnetizare. Fireste ca aplicatia aceasta este valabila pentru un circuit deja programabil, asa cum este diorama de la Slobozia. Daca vrei sa te joci cu telecomanda, inainte si inapoi dupa dorinta, atunci varianta cu doua detectoare ca mai sus e cea mai buna&#8230;</p>

Pentru circuitul exterior, partea din fata a dioramei, am inceput fabricarea catenarelor. Am folosit ca model o catenara Viesmann, model german, pentru ca diorama mea reprezinta un oras imaginar din germania si nu se potriveau modele romanesti, destul de complicate dealtfel.

<p>Am practicat gauri de diametrul sarmei galvanizate folosita pentru confectionarea bratelor. Pentru lipirea identica a bratelor, mi-am confectionat un sablon dintr-o bucata de lemn de brad, in care am trasat santuri pe profilul bucatilor care alcatuiesc bratul. Dupa debitarea bucatilor, le-am asezat in sablon impreuna cu bratul si le-am cositorit&#8230;</p>

<div style="text-align: left;">Imitarea izolatorilor am facut-o prin rularea catorva spire de sarma de cupru din cea folosita la cablurile de telefon, pe care am trecut-o peste stalp, pentru a imita si colierul de prindere al izolatorului. La final am vopsit staplul cu vopsea pe baza de aracet facuta de mine. Aracet plus apa plus tempera, astfel incat sa scot o culoare apropiata de cea a stalpilor din beton armat. Izolatorii i-am vopsit cu maro acrilic iar bratele cu bronz-aluminiu din comert. Capetele izolate ale bratelor le-am imitat cu ajutorul izolatiei semitransparenta de pe cablul de telefon utilizat&#8230;</div>

Imediat se ruleaza sarma de cupru pe post de izolatori dar care au si rolul de a fixa bratele de stalpi. Dupa rasucirea celor sase spire, se cositoreste capatul lor pe brat si astfel se pecetluieste pozitia lor&#8230;</div>

<p>Pentru fixarea stalpului in sol, am folosit tub de la pufaitoare de geamuri&#8230; Un tub din plastic cu diametru interior de grosimea stalpului si cel exterior cu 1,6 mm mai gros.</p>
<p>Astfel stalpii sunt pozitionati la inaltimea corecta, dupa vopsire va parea ca o parte mai groasa a stalpului (baza mai groasa) si in acelasi timp acest artificiu imi va permite extragerea stalpului in orice moment de pe diorama fara scule ajutatoare&#8230;</p>

<p>Pentru asta am facut un sablon (din placaj si tinte de fixat linia), dupa forma unei retele Viessmann, pe modelul careia am inceput reproducerea. Fireste ca pentru diferite lungimi ale retelei, se adapteaza cuisoarele sablonului astfel incat sa rezulte o retea de lungime corespunzatoare. Reteaua este executata din fir de cupru de la cablu telefonic sau de internet&#8230;</p>

<p>Iata si desenul catenarelor mele cu cotele aferente. Sunt date ambele marimi, ce pot fi duble sau simple.<br />
Alaturi este modelul sablonului pentru pozitionarea inaltimii la nivelul pantografului. Sablonul este facut pentru incarcarea pe un vagon deschis Roco.</p>
<p>Cineva a postat pe yutube regretul sau ca nu este functionala catenara&#8230; <span>Specific:</span><br />
Catenara este functionala. Ca nu o folosesc eu si ca am ales sa nu ating firul cu pantograful, asta este alta poveste si este numai optiunea mea&#8230;</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Am terminat de instalat catenarele si reteaua de electificare. Am confectionat inclusiv piesele de ancorare a firului de contact la intrarea in tunel. Aceasta retea poate fi functionala, insa pentru a proteja atat sarma de contact cat si pantografele, am decis ca ea sa ramana nefunctionala. In acest scop, am creat niste sigurante fine, ce nu permit ridicarea pantografului mai mult decat distanta aleasa de mine. Aceasta este fixata la 2 mm de firul de contact astfel incat iluzia este perfecta&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Am vopsit atat sarma de ancorare cat si ancorele cu bronz-aluminiu iar firul de contact l-am lasat la culoarea originala, cupru, pentru o imagine cat mai realista. Izolatorii sunt vopsiti cu maro.</p>

Am lucrat cel de-al doilea mecanism de actionare a macazului. Am folosit tot un servo micro, luat de AICI nou nout la un pret foarte mic.











Am revizuit planul si am decis folosirea altor materiale. Baza este din placa de circuit de proba, mult mai mica in dimensiuni. Am micsorat montajul de la 7,5 mm lungime la 5,5 mm lungime. <p>Axul de transmitere a miscarii este dintr-o bucata de spita de biciclete. Se poate vedea in capat piesa din arculet de semering de masina de spalat ce trasmite miscarea de la ax la parghia macazului.</p>

Disperat de modul caraghios si defectuos in care functioneaza motoarele de macaz de la Piko pe baza de bobina magnetica, am inceput sa pun in practica un gand mai vechi si anume acela de a face o actionare de macaz pe baza de micro server de modelism.

<p align="justify">Din forex am confectionat suportul pentru servo si bratul de comanda. Pe el se fixeaza axul ce transmite miscarea la acul macazului. Se strange la pozitie cu doua suruburi de reglaj.</p>

<p align="justify">Servoul misca tija dupa un calcul pe care l-am facut astfel incat miscarea sa fie reala. Dispozitivul electronic de control are limitatorul sau electronic si reglajul se face foarte fin cu o surubelnita pe doua semireglabile. Nu este nevoie de limitatoare de cursa mecanice sau de comutatie.</p>

<p align="justify">La suprafata, in axul de metal este fixat prin infiletare mecanica, un sector de resort de la semering. El are in capat cateva spire desfasurate si intinse cam 7 milimetri lungime transformate intr-o tija elastica ce intra intre bumbii de pe bara de actionare originala macazului. Rostul lui este sa transmita miscarea de antrenare dar si sa amortizeze capetele cursei.</p>

<p>Am pus pe youtube doua filmulete cu functionarea actionarii. Dar fiind prima incercare, ma declar multumit de functionare. Miscarea este mult mai realista. Maine voi face al doilea montaj avand deja idei de imbunatatire a acestuia. Dupa ce fac si montajul electronic (nu am inca niste piese electronice &#8211; rezistente si semireglabili) voi reveni cu detalii si cu implementarea sistemului. Este foarte usor de facut si o data ce mi-a venit ideea si s-a cristalizat in mintea mea, confectionarea a durat foarte putin. Urmatorul model va fi ceva mai robust si mai usor de pus pe planseta!</p></div>
