			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>O locomotiva deosebit de frumoasa, cu un tender special. Realizata in  perioada de glorie a lui Piko, masina se prezinta excelent, mai ales ca a  fost tinuta in cutie ani de zile de catre un colectionar din Germania,  de unde a ajuns direct in depoul PanArin. Tractiunea este in tender, integral pe cele 4 osii (din care una cu cauciucuri de aderenta) montate in doua boghie. Culegerea de tensiune se face separat in tender, pentru tractiune si separat in cazan, pe numai doua osii, pentru iluminarea farurilor frontale. Initial lumina a fost pe bec, insa in Atelierele PanArin, acest neajuns a fost inlaturat prin inlocuirea cu iluminare pe led-uri. Spatiul generos din tender, din care unul sub motor, permite montarea unui decodor pentru cine doreste digitalizare bijuteriei.  Spatiu pentru decodor si/sau generator de sunet, fum si difuzor, este suficient atat in tender cat si in cazan sau in cabina fochistului. <p>Locomotiva se prezinta in stare excelenta, ruleaza perfect pe Diorama de la Slobozia, fara probleme in curbe sau pante, trage puternic si se aseaza frumos pe linii. Bielele sunt din plastic montate cu axe prin presiune si se pot usor delomta pentru curatenie. Masina arata excelent pentru ca nu a fost rulata si este o piesa rara, de colectie, mai ales ca nu se mai produce.</p>

<p>Tenderul generos cu spatiu, este asezat pe un sasiu incapator, cu spatiu suficient intre platforma sasiului si rama pe care se aseaza greutatea de plumb. De asemeni, si in laterale exista un joc suficient pentru a introduce o placa de circuit cu led-urile de iluminare. Sub motor, un alt spatiu de circa 5 mm inaltime permite montarea unei placi de decodor. In acest spatiu am montat puntea redresoare, iar in lateral, intre podeaua sasiului si greutate am montat rezistorul de 980 ohmi cu care sunt inseriate cele doua led-uri smd cu care am dotat lampile finale rosii.<br />

<p>Lumina farurilor a presupus eliminarea sistemului de lamele care transmiteau tensiunea la bec. In spatiul de sub frem am montat puntea redresoare iar sub/in cazan am fixat resistenta de 980 ohmi cu care este inseriat ledul alb-cald ce trimite lumina in prisma farurilor. Picioarele de curent ~ale puntii de diode sunt indoite si taiate la dimensiune chiar sub lamele de contact ce aduc lumina de la roti, astfel incat nimic nu este lipit si totul se demonteaza cu usurinta in vederea unei eventuale digitalizari.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Realizata de Piko in anii de glorie, aceasta macheta m-a surprins prin  realizare mai ales ca este un model din gama hobby. Multe detalii si de  asemeni numeroase pungi cu accesorii. Desi acestea sunt sigilate in  cutie in plicurile lor, masina se pare a fi fost folosita. Macheta arata impecabil si a fost modificata de mine prin inlocuirea sistemului de iluminat pe becuri cu sistem pe led-uri. A fost inlocuit si motorul antic cu unul modern si nou asa ca va rula ani buni de acum. Masina a fost testata pe diorama de la Slobozia si se comporta excelent in conditii de stres, trage bine garnituri lungi fara sincope pe pante sau in curbe. Desi nu stiu ce valoare are, pentru ca macheta conteaza nu si ambalajul, jucaria are cutia originala si restul de accesorii de la piko, pentru ca cele apartinand locomotivei au fost montate de mine. Jucaria este o piesa de colectie dar care poate fi rulata cu multa placere pe liniile oricarui modelist care vrea o piesa rara in colectia sa. Modelul nu se mai fabrica.</p>

Bine detaliata, cu biele din metal, locomotiva   merita investitia fiind de o rara   frumusete, eleganta si puternica. In mers este silentioasa si se aseaza   foarte bine la drum.  Are toate accesoriile montate si este foarte putin rulata. Starea excelenta, vopsea impecabila.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Studiourile PMP &#8211; Prognosis Media Pictures &#8211; va prezinta ultima filmare a dioramei de la Slobozia, din data de 1 septembrie 2010. Protagoniste sunt locomotivele cu abur sosite in depoul PanArin pentru imbunatatiri. Veti putea admira frumoasa BR 52 cu tenderul ei special si luminile pe led-uri, micuta Ducesa BR 93 imbunatatita si ea cu lumini pe led-uri, eleganta BR 56 tractata de noul ei motor si dotata la randu-i cu lumini bidirectionale pe baza de led-uri alb-cald si rosu, precum si deja consacratele BR 55 G8 si G7 apartinand depoului PanArin.</p>
<p>Locomotivele BR 93, BR 52 si BR 56 vor fi scoase la vanzare cu preturi cuprinse intre 400 si 450 de lei, datele vor fi furnizate ulterior. Iata si cateva imagini de pe bankul de lucru&#8230;<br />

Carutul alergator este prea  usor (din plastic) si ca atare, in curbe + panta, acesta sare de pe  linie spre exteriorul curbei. Ar mai fi iluminatul clasic pe becuri ca  si punctaj negativ. In rest masina merita investitia fiind de o rara  frumusete, eleganta si puternica. In mers este silentioasa si se aseaza  foarte bine la drum. Placa originala a fost suportul pentru modificarile electrice aduse la iluminat. Spatiul din cabina permite chiar digitalizarea locomotivei, desi placa nu este dotata cu mufa pentru decodor, ea poate fi foarte usor schimbata.

<p>Pentru inceput am ingreunat substantial carutul alergator folosind  bucati de plumb tipografic pe care le-am plasat sub carut, in jurul  osiei, greutatea obtinuta prin testare pana cand, masina a rulat perfect in toate conditiile de pe diorama fara sa mai faca probleme. Practic s-au adaugat circa 15 grame de plumb, fapt care i-a schimbat exemplar tinuta de drum.</p>

<p>Pentru iluminat am folosit tehnica de combinare a unui led ALB-cald cu un SMD rosu lipit direct pe piciorusele LED-ului in spatele acestuia, in antiparalel. Lumina rosie se propaga excelent prin corpul LED-ului transfomand acesta in LED bicolor bipolar.</p>

<p>Pe placa originala, am inlocuit diodele care dadeau sensul de aprindere becului original, cu rezistori de 980 ohmi, fara a mai face alte modificari. Acelasi model de LED l-am folosit si pentru luminile din spate.</p>

<p>In aceste poze lumina este mai slaba pentru ca am alimentat doar putin ca sa nu plece din loc masina. Motorul este in 5 poli, foarte sensibil si se roteste la tensiuni mici. Intensitatea in mers este evident mult mai mare.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Am resuscitat motoarele de SlotCar pe care le aveam in dotare prin rebobinarea lor. Practic am rebobinat cate unul din fiecare model caci avea doua tipuri. Unele chinezesti de la masinute mai prapadite si unele nemtesti, ceva mai de Doamne-ajuta. Primele erau bobinate cu cate 175 de spire pe fiecare pol, iar secundele aveau cate 210 spire pe fiecare pol. Prin dezmembrarea unui transformator uzat, am recuperat o parte din sarma de bobinaj, sarma care dupa parerea mea (nu am micrometru si nici marcajul de pe traf nu mai era descifrabil) era cam la grosimea necesara. Corect era sa stiu exact diametrul firului, dar&#8230; asta e, cu asta defilam. Plin de invidie, nu pot sa nu remarc avantajul modelistilor din alte tari, care au la dispozitie numeroase posibilitati pentru a achizitiona piesele de care au nevoie, motoare, osii, roti dintate, grupuri de transmisie, sarma de bobinaj, etc. si astfel sa le ramana timp si energie ca sa se ocupe de modelismul propriuzis. Eu sunt nevoit sa consum din acestea pentru pregatirea materialului de care am nevoie. Bobinarea de motoare se face foarte anevoios, necesita migala si rabdare, sarma si atentie foarte mare. Ce sa mai zic de confectionarea unui grup de transmisie folosind o bormasina&#8230; In fine, rezultatul conteaza! Si e o mare bucurie sa vezi ca motoarele facute spira cu spira, dau rezultate si se invart ca la carte. Trebuie sa mai specific faptul ca am intalnit la cele doua tipuri de motoare, versiuni diferite de legare a bobinelor, desi practic, motoarele sunt la fel. Am cautat pe net informatii cu privire la asa ceva, insa fie nu sunt, fie nu stiu eu sa caut exact cum trebuie, caci nu am gasit date edificatoare in acest sens. Am ales sa conectez fiecare motor dupa modelul in care erau legate bobinele originale. Chiar la modelul german era intrerupta o bobina si nu functiona, planul de a-l rebobina fiind de mult timp pe lista mea de asteptari, insa migala unei astfel de operatiuni m-a impiedicat o vreme sa trec la treaba. Nevoia insa te invata si te impinge de la spate sa faci ceea ce trebuie.</p>
<p>Dupa rebobinare, motoarele au raspuns corect la comenzi si la o turatie ceva mai mica si mai apropiata de ceea ce aveam nevoie. Practic am pus un numar de 280 de spire pe fiecare pol la ambele motoare. Dupa calculele mele ar fi trebuit cam 320 de spire insa la o sectiune a firului ceva mai mica decat am avut eu. Grosimea nu mi-a permis sa bobinez mai multe spire. Cele chinezesti au colectoarele din fasii elastice de tabla de cupru, ca la mai toate jucariile chinezesti, iar motoarele germane se alimenteaza pe colectoare cu pastile de carbune, fapt care le face ceva mai stabile, mai rezistente in timp si mai silentiose. Sarma de bobinaj am fixat-o la final cu ceva lac de unghii de la sotie, pentru ca firele razlete cu care am supra-incarcat polii, sa nu sara de la locul lor si sa se rupa in contact cu magnetii motorului. Cu sublerul meu ramolit si de pe care abia mai citesti, am facut sectiunea si am constatat ca este identica intre cele chinezesti si cele germane. Dorinta de baza a fost aceea de a da intrebuintare acestor mini-motorase, mai ales ca imi planificasem sa fac si macaraua automotoare din postul anterior. Pentru ea insa mai am nevoie de cateva imagini si din alt unghi ca sa incerc reproducerea ei si sper ca voi gasi un coleg de la Brasov-Sinaia care sa prinda acest vehicul in imagine fotografica si sa ma ajute astfel sa reproduc acest vehicul la scara.</p>
<p>In rest las imaginile sa vorbeasca iar pentru maine, daca va fi o zi mai racoroasa, probabil ca voi face un alt film cu Renault Traffic pe diorama la o viteza mai acatarii&#8230;<br />

<p>Mai multi cunoscatori mi-au atras atentia asupra faptului ca rotile spitate nu prea se potrivesc cu alura moderna a drezinei mele postale. Drept urmare le-am schimbat folosind roti de 9 mm diametru bandaj, roti de vagoane Mehano. Ca sa mai dau o nota de autenticitate, am vopsit rotile in rosu si alb, asa cum sta bine unui vehicul feroviar neaos romanesc! Sper ca va place&#8230;<br />

<p>Astazi am facut iluminatul. Mai intai am confectionat greutatile atat prin exterior, sub platforma sasiului, cat si in interior, astfel incat am adus jucaria la 100 grame ca sa stea bine pe linii. In spate am ingreunat masinuta cu alte bucati de plumb chiar si in  dreptul axului melcat, astfel incat aderenta sa fie cat mai buna.</p>
<p>Trebuie sa mentionez ca fantele pentru osii nu sunt perfect perpendiculare. Ele sunt in lateral mai adanci astfel incat, sub presiunea arcurilor de contact (facute din corzi elastice de chitara), osiile se aseaza mai bine pe neregularitatile sinei. Pe contragreutatea principala, cea din interior, am plasat prin lipire cu banda dublu adeziva, placuta cu ledurile si rezistentele luminilor de pe spate. Pe laterala greutatii sunt placute de circuit care intra fest intre lamele lipite pe partea de jos. Astfel, mecanismul de iluminare impreuna cu greutatea se pot indeparta cu surinta numai prin tragere iar contactul electric se face prin lamele elastice de cupru intre greutate si partea de jos, cutia motorului. Am gandit astfel tocmai pentru ca masinuta trebuie sa fie complet demontabila, pentru a se putea interveni oricand pentru curatarea sau schimbarea motorului. Practic in afara de cutia motorului, nici o alta piesa nu este lipita. Toate greutatile se prind cu suruburi.</p>
<p>Pentru faruri, in fata, am facut o placa de circuit cu doua SMD-uri si un rezistorde 820 ohmi, inseriate, placa ce intra intr-un locas din sasiu si ale carei fire preseaza si ele pe lamele de contact preluand curentul necesar.</p>
<p>Am decupat si repozitionat scaunele in interior fara sa le lipesc, prinderea lor se face in locasuri facute din forex. La fel si bordul masini pe care l-am fixat insa de caroserie cu silicon cald.<br />

<p>In final nu ar mai fi decat rebobinarea rotorului, fapt care se va intampla maine cel mai probabil. M-am inspirat si din alte imagini de drezine si sincer mi s-a deschis apetitul pentru confectionarea de modele motorizate. Mai am ceva idei si vreau sa fac in continuare un model de motor de interventii gen:</p>
